It seems that the battle cry, “The Muslims are Coming, the Muslims are coming” has replaced the battle cry of the 1950’s and 60’s, “The Russians are coming, the Russians are coming” (Movie released on 25 May 1966). Over the past month the outrage about the building of a community center at Ground Zero, actually this was planned back in 2009, and the repercussions dominating the various news cycles, it even went so far as actually marring the 9-11 observances, “Events Mark 9th Anniversary of Sept. 11 Amid Storm of Controversy” [1]. However, while people were concentrating on this “threat” there are things that have been going on which maybe be an even bigger threat. I feel too many sheeple, yes I said sheeple, have developed a tunnel vision and not paying attention what is going on in the wings.
As I have said, in my post, “It’s a Shame, People Just Don’t Get It” [2], I don’t approve of the idea, and I’m not going to re-fight the battle in this pos. However, I feel that after the reading of the 300 plus replies (yes, I read them all), that only a few see what is really going, others continued on the path with blinders, more worried about the religious aspect, then the political aspects. Now, I’m not going to discuss the importance of religion versus politics, which is for another time and another post. I would like to concentrate on the politics.
In the original post, I showed or attempted to show how the two main groups, The American Society for Muslim Advancement (ASMA) and The Council on American-Islamic Relations (CAIR) receive part of their funding from the same Progressive money machine that also funds the ACLU, the NAACP, Think Progress and Media Matters [3],[4],[5],[6],[7],[8]. As a reminder, the major funding comes from Tides Foundation and everybody’s favorite Progressive (Leftist), George Soros [9] and his Open Society Institute (OSI) [10]. YET, the blinders remain on and all sheeple want to worry about is, whether Islam is a religion, whether all Muslims want to destroy America or can they be trusted. This gives the Left more ammunition to call the Conservatives racists or bigots. However, the Leftists continue the funding of organizations that are definitely out to destroy America.
Later there was I posted about the possibility of the Democracy Alliance’s [11] offspring, the Secretary of State Project [12] being involved in the delaying or even denying the opportunity America’s defenders, our military, to vote in the upcoming elections. Again, the usual suspects, Tides and OSI, are involved. BUT, what do people worry about, whether that there are any moderate Muslims willing to speak out against the radical Muslims. If they do, will sheeple believe them? Hell, will sheeple even read their remarks. From what I have seen, I doubt it on both cases. Just take a look at the post, “Muslim Scholar: Don't Build Mosque at Ground Zero” [14] and “Old Friend Challenges Bin Laden” [15]. The one thing I have learned since posting on the net and particularly here is CQ, is that 9 out of 10 times, if someone reads a post, either under my own nickname or with the great assistance of Jerseygal and Topshot, someone will make a comment, whether yea or nay. Yet, here are two moderate Muslims speaking out. Is anyone paying attention? Again, I doubt it. BUT, people are worried about whether Obama is a Muslim or not.
I wonder are sheeple really paying attention to what’s going on within America. Does anyone realize “that for past 10 years, a highly coordinated, well-funded campaign has been underway to fundamentally alter the composition of America's state courts? The campaign's goal: exclude conservative, rule-of-law judges from the bench. This multi-million dollar campaign to reshape our courts encompasses efforts to revise state constitutions, rewrite judicial recusal rules, abolish democratic judicial elections, and impose a judicial selection system known by its proponents as “merit selection.” Under “merit selection,” the power to select judges is transferred from the people to a small, unelected, unaccountable commission comprised primarily of legal elites, typically including representatives of powerful special interest groups, such as state trial lawyers associations.” [16]. Take a look at you own state. Are your judges elected or appointed? Is there a movement to change the election of judges to an appointment (merit) system? I’ll bet most people don’t know? Yet the same people can tell everyone who will read or listen that Islam is not a real religion or all Muslims are out to destroy America, not just the Radicals. Now, would anyone care to venture a guess of where the funding for this “$45 Million (and Counting) Campaign to Abolish Judicial Elections and Reshape America's Courts” is coming from? This judicial selection reform is being accomplished through the Open Society Institute’s U.S. Justice Fund, particularly through its Judicial Independence Program and who funds the OSI, George Soros. (Note: I will be posting more about this as soon as I finish research.)
People and Sheeple its time to wake up! Yes, radical Muslims are an enemy of America, and must be defeated. HOWEVER, take the damn blinders off look around, America and its way of life is under attack from multi directions, and as much as some people want to demonetize the radical Muslims or Muslims in general, people better start paying attention because if the Progressives / Left win then America looses. Now, if the Left wins, then the Constitution, which everyone claims to hold so dear, will cease to exist. If the Constitution ceases to exist then the freedoms that we cherish will cease to exist. America will no longer be the country we love, and the Progressives will have to deal with the radical Muslims, most likely by compromise. This is what the left is best known for, compromise. The Left and the radical Muslims both win, America looses!
